Thailand is a country that offers a variety of things in a relatively small country for a very minimal price. From the delicious cuisines they offer to the wild and beautiful landscapes. Thai people are by nature very humble and offer their hospitality very freely. I fell in love with Bangkok about ten years ago and go back about every year. Getting cheap flights to Bangkok isn’t easy, but it is well worth the trip. Spending the airline ticket is almost half your entire budget.
Local people are much more relaxed and laid back then when they are faced with hoards of drunk tourist, that have only their primal needs in mind. Getting to know them will set your mind to think, getting invited to their actual life is a gift and a must do for anyone that goes to Thailand.
A Couple of things to watch out for… the bargaining and the crazy Thai traffic. Unsuspecting tourists that don’t realize that bargaining is a way of life in Thailand might lose their budget sooner then they think. This goes for almost anything, from the clothes on the markets to the Tuk Tuk’s on the street. The only thing you cannot bargain are the train rides and flights within the country. Not a big deal, because transportation is cheap and flights to Bangkok are easy to find. Also if you hesitate when you’re supposed to cross the street you might lose more than your budget.
If you do decide to make the trip and you find cheap tickets to Bangkok, then you have to see the lying Buddha of Wat Pho. A magnificent statue that can only be truly appreciated when you’re standing in front of it. So don’t wait, call your local travel agent and get your Cheap International Flights to Bangkok.
