STANDUP PADDLE BOARDING

Standup paddle boarding is also widely known as ‘’stand up paddle surfing’’. Standup paddle boarding is different from the regular surfing. In the regular surfing, the surfer sits on the surfing board in different postures and positions. The surfer waits for the tide or wave to rise, and when it rises, the surfer stands upright. In standup paddle boarding or surfing, the surfer stands up the whole time. It is way more difficult to perform than a regular surfing because, the person has to struggle a lot and stay careful while maintaining his balance. This activity was initially started in Hawaii and over the years, has turned into a full sport.
